• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across multiple enterprise functions • Partner closely with Business Leaders including C-level executives to support staffing strategies • Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process • Lead and execute special projects to support long-term talent strategy
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field • Minimum 5-7 years of related staffing or talent acquisition experience • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies • Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred • Experience managing projects relating to Talent Acquisition process improvement, preferred.
• Eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance
