📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s administrative, finance, IT, and CRM administration departments. • Develop, implement, operate, maintain, and control the essential operating systems, information, and financial business of the company. • Define and implement key performance indicators and strategic objectives for their departments of oversight. • Facilitate measurement of those objectives, reporting results to the executive team. • Evaluate and advise SLT on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. • Direct the organization's fiscal function and performance, including achieving a goal of a 10-day monthly close. • Manage quarterly bill thru calculations for sales, extensions, and referrals incentives along with quarterly bonus projections. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred. • Certified Public Accountant status is highly desired. • 5+ years in a senior leadership position is required. • At least ten years of experience in the financial function of a company required. • Experience working in a professional services organization (i.e. legal, accounting, consulting services) strongly preferred. • Experience in an ESOP organization a plus. • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite or related software. • Proficient with internal systems such as ADP, Concur, and Unanet.
