📋 Description

• Support all credentialing and payer enrollment operations at Nourish • Assist with day-to-day tasks and maintain and optimize workflows • Develop new processes as Nourish expands into new payers and functions • Assist in building the credentialing program for Nourish’s network of Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, and Registered Dietitians • Own the end-to-end cycle of payer enrollment applications for new and existing providers under Nourish contracts • Streamline credentialing processes through automation suggestions, new tools, workflow optimization, and process improvements • Develop SOPs for payer enrollment or provider credentialing processes and implement them across the team • Assist in managing and uptraining the contract credentialing team • Track credentialing and payer enrollment metrics; report progress, roadblocks, and updates • Provide direct support to dietitians and payers and manage RD credentialing communications • Communicate with cross-functional RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a payer enrollment and/or credentialing role • Familiarity with payer enrollment and credentialing processes and payer and accreditation requirements across provider types, including Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists • Effective communication and collaboration across different roles and teams • Meticulous organization and attention to detail • Tech-savvy and open to learning and using new technologies • Flexibility and adaptability when facing new challenges and circumstances
