📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects • Apply technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support clients • Use technology tools to deliver analysis and process improvement strategies • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients’ revenue cycles • Collaborate with client leadership at various levels • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences • Manage multiple projects and guide cross-functional teams • Travel to client sites as needed, up to 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field required • 3–5 years of deep healthcare experience required, focused on professional billing coding and charging • Previous professional services or consulting experience essential • Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, especially coding and charge capture processes • Strong technical knowledge and relevant licensure or certifications, such as CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, or RHIA • Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and guide cross-functional teams • Exceptional financial and analytical skills • Aptitude for using data and data analytics tools such as Excel • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact with all levels of client and internal staff • Up to 20% travel to client sites as needed • Experience in professional billing coding/auditing, charging, provider coding education, or managing a physician practice or clinic • Experience with professional clinical documentation and EMR systems such as Athena or Epic preferred • CPC, CPPM, CCDS-O, Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration, and charge capture/coding experience listed as desired qualifications
