📋 Description

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services and resolve client issues in a timely manner • Provide troubleshooting and problem-resolution support to the Oracle EPM managed services team • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction • Monitor service performance metrics and assist with continuous-improvement strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery and system integration • Stay current with Oracle EPM updates and industry trends • Assist in managing service level agreements and contractual compliance • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience handling incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, in EPBCS or another listed Oracle EPM area • EPBCS experience required • FCCS, ARC, or PCMCS experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–4 years of relevant experience for Associate level; 5+ years for Senior Associate level • Good knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionalities • At least one Oracle EPM certification (level 2 support) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Customer-focused mindset • Knowledge of ITIL or other service-management frameworks • Must be based on the West Coast in the Pacific Time Zone • Proactive, autonomous, client-driven, and willing to address requests outside the specific area of expertise
