📋 Description

• Perform cost and price analysis, including analyzing financial reports and statements, to determine final closeout costs for contracts. • Review and update financial and administrative files to ensure contract closeouts adhere to government regulations and policies. • Coordinate with project managers to ensure all requirements are met and required documentation is submitted. • Prepare and submit final invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approval, and signatures. • Review and verify contract modifications and adjustments, ensuring appropriate adjustments and accurate documentation. • Ensure subcontracts and purchase orders are appropriately terminated and outstanding issues resolved. • Ensure custody and accountability of government property is properly transferred or disposed of according to government regulations. • Mentor and coach junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in contract closeout or financial analysis • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as it applies to contracting and procurement • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
