📋 Description

• Evaluate, document, and administer identity and access management requirements • Produce technical specifications, traceability matrices, and user stories • Support SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow implementations • Configure, integrate, and support identity governance platforms • Define connectors, attribute schemas, entitlement models, and role-based access controls using REST and SOAP APIs • Implement, manage, and enforce identity lifecycle and governance processes • Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, certifications, and audit remediation • Ensure compliance with segregation of duties, internal controls, and IAM policies • Develop, execute, and coordinate advanced IAM testing and third-level application support • Validate single sign-on and multi-factor authentication • Resolve complex access issues, perform root cause analysis, and document remediation outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or foreign equivalent degree • 2 years of related experience • Experience evaluating, documenting, and administering identity and access management requirements • Experience producing technical specifications, traceability matrices, and user stories • Experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow implementations • Experience configuring, integrating, and supporting identity governance platforms • Experience defining connectors, attribute schemas, entitlement models, and role-based access controls • Experience using REST and SOAP APIs across directory, database, and application environments • Experience implementing identity lifecycle and governance processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, certifications, and audit remediation • Knowledge of segregation of duties, internal controls, and IAM policies • Experience with advanced IAM testing and third-level application support • Experience validating single sign-on and multi-factor authentication • Experience resolving complex access issues and performing root cause analysis
