📋 Description

• Drive a technology product roadmap supporting US LBM’s “Sell the Whole Home” strategy and internal and external user customers • Develop analytical insights using data and business judgment to drive strategy and implementation tactics • Collaborate with operations, sales, engineering, business process, and data analytics teams • Get digital product solutions designed, built, deployed, and optimized to deliver business impact • Collaborate with digital product management leadership, senior operations leaders, engineering, and key business stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or related leadership roles in complex, matrixed organizations • Experience in strategic planning, digital product lifecycle management, technology build vs buy decision making, and customer-centric innovation • Strong background in leveraging analytics to guide strategic decisions • Experience in data science is a plus • Experience in building materials, supply chain, B2B distribution or related industries • Ability to establish and drive technology product innovation to deliver operational efficiency • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and drive key strategic initiatives • Advanced proficiency in leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform product features and business impact • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • 25% travel • Comply with all policies and standards • Adhere to the Company’s commitment to workplace safety
