📋 Description

• Build new features and enhancements in Salesforce for ticket sales, customer service, advancement, partnership teams, and more • Assist in testing, debugging, and deploying enhancements and new features following established change management processes • Support data migrations, integrations, and data quality efforts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across many departments • Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, custom objects, and automations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development • Experience using project management software, such as JIRA • Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality; exposure to nonprofit/fundraising solutions (e.g., NPSP/NPC) preferred • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning components, and declarative tools (flows, validation rules, page layouts) • Basic knowledge of data management, system integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware), and CRM best practices • General knowledge of soccer • Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments • Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
