📋 Description

• Learn how URS bills clients for audit, On-Call, and Development Services work • Prepare and review monthly invoices for an assigned client or service portfolio • Ensure every client is billed correctly and on time • Respond to owners and property managers about invoices, fees, and account questions • Explain charges in plain language and follow issues through to resolution • Set up billing items, rates, and account details for new work • Collaborate with Audit and Implementation teams on billing setup • Identify manual and repetitive billing steps and improve them using tools, including AI • Validate that billing process improvements work accurately • Cover teammates’ accounts during absences and busy deadlines

• Entry-level candidates welcome; industry experience is not required • Obsessive attention to detail • Curiosity and willingness to investigate discrepancies • Ability and drive to learn new tools and rules quickly • Comfortable with careful data entry and data work • Systems-thinking and process-improvement mindset • Ability to use AI to build solutions, verify outputs, and explain results • Desire to grow into more responsibility • Dependable and clear communication, including with frustrated clients • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Employment contingent on a background check • Invoicing, accounts receivable, or billing operations experience is a plus, not a requirement • Property management, multifamily, or commercial real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement • NetSuite or another ERP system experience is a plus, not a requirement
