📋 Description

• Analyze, technically support, and maintain software supporting hospital billing. • Assess user needs and develop solutions aligned with organizational, regulatory, and IT best practice standards. • Develop understanding of software and tools required to meet end-user needs while following established guidelines. • Collaborate with end users, vendors, and internal IT staff to support business processes. • Ensure cohesive integration of software applications with operational workflows and billing regulations. • Design and deliver training documentation, including business analysis, training materials, user guides, and training environments. • Build, test, and maintain training environments. • Provide support coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as required. • Regularly travel throughout the UVM Health Network as required.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is strongly preferred. • For Epic Application support, certification is required within 120 days of hire with a maximum of three attempts. • Preferred: At least 3 years of experience with application support and/or implementation. • Alternatively: 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related role. • Ability and means to regularly travel throughout the UVM Health Network may be required. • Ability to provide support coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days per week may be required.
