📋 Description

• Lead financial planning activities, including budgets, forecasts, EACs, and revenue projections • Perform detailed cost tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting for cost-plus programs • Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and program review materials for leadership • Partner with Program Managers to interpret financial data, evaluate risks and opportunities, and support strategic decisions • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, internal policies, and customer requirements • Coordinate with accounting, contracts, and procurement to validate data and resolve issues • Support internal and external audits, financial reviews, and data integrity checks • Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors and materials • Monitor subcontractor costs and review/approve timesheets and non-labor invoices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and three (3) years or more of program control or financial analysis experience in a government contracting environment • US citizenship required • Experience providing financial tracking and support for government customers in Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting • Ability to prepare program baseline data, EAC development, cost estimating/pricing, and complex variance analysis • Ability to balance long-term thinking with short-term execution • Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling • Experience with ERP systems such as Costpoint
