📋 Description

• Participate in cross-functional teams and lead projects implementing system changes • Conduct stakeholder meetings and upload project documents to SharePoint or Teams • Identify, investigate, track, and resolve project, system, or application errors • Represent assigned areas on system implementation, policy-change, and process-redesign projects • Lead or support system implementation, maintenance, testing, and functional design • Build complex reports, data repositories, and presentation materials • Create data definitions, validate and retrieve data, merge data from multiple sources, and configure reports • Review technical documentation and create training materials • Analyze and report on customer needs and research new system developments • Provide consultation on industry, standards, and regulatory/compliance issues • Design end-user training and curriculum and monitor rollout and ongoing training • Establish and administer application and end-user documentation standards and policies • Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and escalate as needed • Participate in meetings, presentations, visioning sessions, planning sessions, and implementation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field • Minimum of two to four years of experience or equivalent in reporting and/or analytics, clinical application configuration, or related areas • Strong technical and business knowledge • Significant knowledge of cross-functional departments • Strong project management skills • Ability to work independently and manage large, multiple projects and complex reports • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills • Strong technical skills, including SQL/ANSI SQL, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and clinical software applications • Experience with Cerner build and configuration, especially Orders, PowerPlans, Provider Documentation (Dyn Doc), and Health Maintenance • Working knowledge of acute and ambulatory clinical environments • Must reside in one of the listed eligible states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
