📋 Description

• Support successful value-based provider relationships • Improve the provider experience and achieve path-to-value goals • Interpret department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives • Analyze provider financial patterns and trends using Excel and/or SQL • Update, maintain, and review fee scheduling and pricing structures • Review provider contracts and ensure rates are priced and applied accurately • Identify process recommendations and ensure compliance with government regulations • Collaborate and communicate with internal partners across various departments • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings when required

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with data analysis • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formatting • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in a professional environment • Proven experience organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to communicate with various levels in the organization • EST hours • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
