📋 Description

• Support the development, execution, and maintenance of automated testing solutions for clinical and business applications across AHN • Work with Epic analysts, application teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to design, build, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath • Document business processes • Develop and maintain automation scripts • Execute test scenarios, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and validate outcomes • Support continuous improvement initiatives and enterprise workflow validation automation • Assist senior team members, customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers in capturing capability needs and driving quality business solutions • Assist with business vision, requirements, client personalization, and user interface design deliverables • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the technology delivery lifecycle • Support requirements testing, including test plans, scenarios, documentation, defect management, and impact analysis • Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals • Assist with or conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews • Report project status, enable vendor solutions, and provide accurate documentation • Comply with HIPAA, privacy, information security, code of conduct, applicable laws, regulations, and company policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual/access requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field, or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of bachelor's degree • Basic analytical skills • Basic problem-solving skills • Basic communication skills • Interest in test automation, quality assurance, and process improvement • Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly • Basic understanding of software testing and SDLC concepts • Familiarity with UiPath, RPA tools, or scripting languages preferred • Experience with Git, GitLab, or other version control platforms preferred • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with application analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders • Experience with healthcare applications, Epic, or clinical workflows is a plus • Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma • Preferred: Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry • Preferred master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field • Preferred certifications: ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP • Language other than English: None
