📋 Description

• Support implementation of the MDM strategy and data governance framework • Perform data profiling and data quality analysis across key master data domains • Identify duplicates, completeness issues, inconsistencies, and potential root causes • Define and document master data requirements, business rules, data quality rules, and validation criteria • Identify authoritative data sources and document how master data is created, maintained, distributed, and consumed • Track data quality issues through identification, ownership, remediation, and closure • Analyze recurring data issues and support remediation opportunities • Document MDM details in Atlan and own day-to-day administration of the data catalog, including user access and routine upkeep • Provide recurring MDM reporting, data quality scorecards, and program metrics to senior management and stakeholders • Own MDM program trackers, task lists, and status logs • Consolidate team and partner updates into clear summaries and track outstanding items • Prepare governance meeting and working group materials, take notes, capture action items, and communicate items needing attention • Collaborate with data stewards, business teams, technology teams, and SMEs across business units and functions • Respond to routine questions about data definitions and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a data, analytical, or administrative support role, including hands-on exposure to working with data • A degree in information systems, data, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Good understanding of data quality, data structures, data definitions, metadata, and data lifecycle management • Prior Master Data Management experience is beneficial but not required • Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Working knowledge of SQL, including data analysis and data quality checks • Interest in data management, data quality, and data governance • Willingness to learn MDM and data governance tools and platforms • Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative, reliable, and proactive attitude • Careful and responsible approach to handling personal and sensitive information • Experience and/or interest in media, sports, entertainment, live events, or consumer data environments
