📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from dental providers and reroute misdirected calls • Take ownership of issues and resolve them over the phone with a “one and done philosophy” • Research and interpret guidelines to respond to inquiries, complaints or disputes while ensuring compliance • Conduct outreach to providers to obtain missing or additional information for compliant applications and contracts • Collaborate with internal departments as needed • Maintain positive relationships with health care professionals and office staff • Assist with new provider or location credentialing, contracting and re-credentialing requests • Respond to status requests and non-routine contract questions • Assist with preparation or modification of provider compensation or contracts • Complete work outputs to specified time and quality targets • Prioritize own work and meet agreed timescales

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required • Must be located in the state of Georgia • Willing to travel up to 50% for local client visits • Minimum of 6 months experience in dental office negotiations, relations or contracting • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must be a current Cigna or Express Scripts contractor • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality service • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working at home
