📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Success, Professional Services, and Support to analyze systems and operational procedures • Identify opportunities to improve business performance through process redesign, AI, and automation • Lead discovery conversations, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder walkthroughs • Conduct gap and impact analyses and recommend solutions • Collect and document business requirements and create and maintain process maps • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver business goals • Facilitate and participate in User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder alignment during implementation • Serve as a process subject matter expert for high-visibility initiatives • Contribute to and improve the broader continuous improvement methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading process analysis and improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Strong facilitation and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior and executive leadership • Experience designing and documenting process maps, workflows, and business requirements • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of process improvement trends, methodologies, and best practices • Experience leveraging AI to streamline business processes • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Service Cloud, and Kantata • Experience in the SaaS industry, specifically in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Strategic Initiatives • MS CoPilot, Miro, and Claude are a plus
