📋 Description

• Perform commercial and government payor enrollment functions for all University of Vermont Health Network entities • Interact with providers, office staff, internal departments within UVM Health Network affiliates, and contracted payors • Perform data entry and maintain the integrity of the provider database • Notify providers, internal departments, Department Leadership, government entities, and contracted payors of pertinent provider enrollment information • Manage the enrollment process for all billing providers to maximize reimbursement and decrease accounts receivable • Obtain and maintain provider ID numbers

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in business, related degree, or professional experience equivalent • Work experience may be considered as substitute to degree • PESC certified recommended • Three years’ experience in an administrative or health care related field preferred • Direct experience with Provider Enrollment functions and database management preferred • Ability to perform commercial and government payor enrollment functions • Knowledge of applicable Vermont, New York, state and federal statutes, TJC, NCQA, CMS, and contracted managed care payors • Experience interacting with providers, office staff, internal departments, government entities, and contracted payors • Data entry, integrity, and provider database maintenance experience
