📋 Description

• Review and process Dealer Enrollment Packages according to established company policies • Process dealer change requests accurately and in a timely manner • Support Sales throughout the enrollment process • Support additional internal and external requests • Process assigned FACT sheets with focus on timeliness, accuracy, and quality • Maintain accurate and reliable reporting • Ensure dealer documents are accurate, legible, and compliant with corporate policy • Participate in ongoing feedback and performance improvement • Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using Excel and Word • Customer Service Experience • Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and articulately on the telephone • Ability to document records clearly and efficiently • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge learned • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally • Self-motivated and demonstrates urgency and initiative • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of enrollment process, licensing requirements, dealer groups, and key operating systems • Required degrees must have been earned at accredited institutions of Higher Education
