📋 Description

• Engage prospective patients through high-volume outbound calls to promote and enroll them in Lumata Health’s care management services • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day and achieve at least 7 enrollments per day • Highlight program benefits and features to prospective patients • Address inquiries, concerns, and objections to secure enrollments • Guide patients through enrollment and accurately collect required information • Maintain current knowledge of enrollment policies, procedures, and compliance requirements • Maintain accurate enrollment records and patient interaction documentation • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for enrollment goals • Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction • Participate in training sessions and team meetings • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics • Track and report enrollment activities, outcomes, and performance to supervisors • Use Salesforce CRM to document patient interactions • Follow company policies, procedures, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines • Perform other duties as assigned to support Lumata Health’s goals and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales instincts, including persuasion, objection handling, and closing • Empathy and patient-focused approach while balancing metrics with compassion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High resilience in a quota-driven environment with frequent rejection • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Reliable Wi-Fi access • Secure, distraction-free home office and HIPAA-compliant workspace • 2+ years of work experience in eye care or a related field preferred • 1+ years of sales experience preferred • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred • Minimum dedicated internet bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload per person working from home • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a computer • Ability to hear, speak, make calls, and participate in virtual meetings • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing • Ability to maintain privacy and restricted access to company-issued computer while handling patient data • Camera expected to be on during virtual meetings
