📋 Description
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services • Serve as an advocate and promoter of self-direction • Educate consumers and facilitate their understanding of self-direction • Conduct the enrollment process with consumers and their circle of support in a timely manner • Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate • Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • Uphold company values and mission • Travel frequently to community-based settings • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred • Candidates with experience relevant to the position will be considered • 1 year of experience in a related field • Strong oral and written communication skills • Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service • Ability to participate in a highly effective team • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, managing files and records, and terminology • Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • Frequent travel is required
