📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and potential new customers • Drive sales and customer engagement through professional inbound and outbound phone interactions • Entice owners and potential customers to schedule vacations • Overcome objections to secure vacation package payments • Operate dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM platforms • Accurately document customer interactions and agreements • Establish professional rapport to build excitement and confidence in the virtual process and vacation ownership experience • Convert qualified prospects into confirmed vacation package sales • Support one of four roles: Initial Contact Person, Activations Agent, Travel Coordinator, or Tour Confirmer

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call center experience preferred • Strong objection-handling and phone-based closing skills • Persistence to overcome objections and secure sales • Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills • Ability to establish rapport, present information clearly, and interact confidently with diverse customers • Ability to identify customer needs, evaluate information, and solve practical problems • Organizational abilities and professionalism in a fast-paced setting • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities • Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is a plus • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools, CRM platforms, dialer systems, and lead management software
