📋 Description

• Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements • Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, tours, and excursions • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and online communication platforms • Provide accurate travel information, pricing details, and destination recommendations • Maintain client records and booking information using online reservation systems • Communicate with travel suppliers and vendor partners to confirm reservations and travel details • Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience • Stay current on supplier promotions, travel policies, and destination updates • Complete required training programs and industry certifications • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service

🎯 Requirements

• No previous travel industry experience is required • Passion for travel and helping others • Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented • Strong relationship-building skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to create exceptional client experiences • Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel experience is helpful but not required
