📋 Description

• Manage programs, client accounts, budgets, and business analysis for assigned brands • Gather and document business requirements and communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders • Manage client program budgets and recommend ways to control program costs • Serve as the primary business relationship manager and maintain day-to-day client relationships • Conduct client meetings by phone, Webex, and onsite; provide program updates and presentations • Develop expertise in assigned brands’ therapeutic classes and competitive products • Develop and implement innovative solutions based on brand strategy, objectives, and competitive landscape • Measure program KPIs and develop data-driven recommendations • Assist clients in navigating internal requirements and processes • Manage and coordinate relationships with third-party vendors, including agencies, SPPs, HUBs, service providers, and data/analytics teams • Build relationships across internal functional areas and lead internal project stakeholders • Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert • Mentor and train Associate Program Managers as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry • Three to four (3-4) years of project or program management experience • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and function as part of a highly collaborative team • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, and OneNote • Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills • Budget management and/or financial accounting skills • Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs • Ability to travel locally and out-of-town, up to 10% • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Graduate degree and/or additional certifications, including PMP, preferred
