📋 Description

• Learn day-to-day operations in the assigned area, including software development, database maintenance, help desk support, or information security • Write code, make database changes, and fix issues • Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web and mobile applications • Develop analytical approaches to solve problems and achieve team goals • Produce documentation for changes • Work cross-functionally on projects • Assist with development and execution of projects • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code under senior developer guidance • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, issues, and application bottlenecks • Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for continuous improvement • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams • Stay current with technology trends and software development best practices • Set goals for the apprenticeship rotation and attend regular feedback sessions • Meet training deadlines and perform additional assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Internship or project experience in application development • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus • Exposure to CI/CD tools and practices is a plus • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen • Must follow corporate policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently
