📋 Description

• Lead complex, strategic projects from initiation to successful completion • Define project scope, timelines, and delivery plans with customers and internal teams • Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard • Use AI-powered tools for project planning, forecasting, reporting, and risk management • Leverage data and predictive insights to anticipate challenges and improve decision-making • Oversee multiple projects and align teams and priorities • Support resource planning and capacity management • Provide visibility into project health, progress, and risks • Serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders • Lead project governance, status reporting, and executive communications • Manage escalations and foster long-term client partnerships • Own project budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and profitability • Monitor performance and identify efficiency and outcome improvements • Deliver data-driven reporting to clients and internal stakeholders • Mentor Project Managers and support delivery-team growth • Champion project management and AI-enabled delivery best practices • Contribute to delivery methodologies, tools, and governance • Simplify processes and improve delivery quality • Stay current with project management, AI, and digital transformation trends

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex consulting or technology implementation projects • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams • Strong expertise in project governance, financial management, resource planning, and risk management • Experience managing executive-level client relationships • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments • Fluent English • Experience using AI-powered productivity or project management tools is highly desirable • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus • Experience with Atlassian solutions, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, is highly valued • Additional languages are an asset
