📋 Description

• Monitor the quality of incoming profiles in the iDsource online management system • Develop quality reporting tools and processes for quality and performance improvement • Process all new profile requests, including service alerts, drafts, and profiles marked for follow-up • Review identifying information and order appropriate background-check services • Unlock applications in compliance automation software for profile resubmissions • Update order status notes and communicate with clients when additional information is required • Maintain account review and processing notes • Monitor profiles in Final Profile Review status and make service adjustments before completion • Review credit reports for matching names and identifiers and identify errors • Review database orders to identify jurisdictions requiring additional research • Follow special client instructions to complete profiles • Prepare and submit batch imports for re-checks and other high-volume requests • Review surname surcharge orders for accurate processing and invoicing • Provide internal and external client service and collaborate on solutions • Contribute as an effective team member to the success of the company • Serve as a subject-matter resource, participate in training, and guide teammates • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live in either Kansas or Missouri • Minimum of a high school diploma • Exemplary customer service skills with internal team members, clients, and vendors • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills • Software savvy and technically adaptable • Comfort with repetitive tasks and an eye for detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment • Ability to absorb procedures quickly • Maintain the utmost level of professionalism • Keen eye for innovation and efficiency
