🎯 Requirements
• 4–7 years in legal operations, paralegal work with significant in-house exposure, or operations work embedded inside a legal team. • AI fluency. • Systems instinct. • Initiative. • Sharp judgment on when to escalate, when to say no, and how to scope to the minimum viable path. • Project management discipline. • Self-direction. • Clear, concise communication. • High discretion.
