📋 Description

• Lead Data & AI pursuits from qualification through signed SOW, including solution shaping, cost modeling, estimating, scope structuring, and leading orals • Make go/no-go decisions on pursuits based on value, risk, and delivery capability • Turn broad client ambitions into phased programs that prove value early and create foundations for scale • Improve pursuit quality through solution reviews and direct coaching • Serve as technical lead on two client engagements at a time, owning architecture, technical risk, and quality • Ensure AI solutions have data, platform, evaluation, observability, and support foundations for production • Act as the senior technical voice for clients on difficult tradeoffs • Own solution sign-off and help shape staffing across data science, AI, data engineering, and platform work • Partner with analytics, measurement, and optimization leaders to connect solutions to business outcomes • Lead through influence across the practice without direct reports initially • Interview candidates for data science, AI, data engineering, and platform roles • Build reusable reference architectures, estimating models, and solution patterns • Support the practice’s point of view and pursuits in industrial, manufacturing, agriculture, and distribution businesses • Use AI tools and help the practice adopt them responsibly • Report to the VP and Head of Data & AI, Americas

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 12 or more years in data, analytics, and AI, including at least 5 in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery roles where you led multiple engagements at once • Hands-on depth in both AI and agentic solution design and modern data platform architecture • Ability to design either AI or data platform solutions, lead technical teams on both, and hold your own with client architects • Deep, recent experience with at least one of Databricks, Google Cloud, or Microsoft data and AI platforms, and working fluency across the other two • Record of shaping and winning enterprise pursuits: solutioning, estimating, scoping, and presenting to executive buyers • Executive presence and ability to form and defend a clear point of view • Comfort working when priorities shift and several clients need support simultaneously • Experience delivering data or AI work for industrial, manufacturing, agriculture, or distribution businesses • French language skills (nice to have) • Current certifications from Databricks, Google Cloud, or Microsoft (nice to have) • Public point of view on enterprise AI, such as published articles or conference talks (nice to have)
