📋 Description

• Design and deploy large-scale experiments for a retail client • Develop and standardize measurement methodologies • Conduct deep-dive analysis and design KPIs to guide business decisions and measure success • Gather stakeholder requirements and conduct technical due diligence for pragmatic data-driven business solutions • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and data architects to foster personal and team growth

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Ontario or Québec • For Québec-based candidates, fluency in English is necessary • Depth of knowledge in statistics and experimental design • Experience designing data models and ETL • Coding skills in R and/or Python, with familiarity with regression, classification, categorization, and data visualization libraries • Ability to communicate technical topics to product owners, stakeholders, and business team members • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, from data ingestion to insight • Creative thinking, optimistic attitude, and tenacious curiosity • Strong attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication • Preferred: background in biostatistics or epidemiology • Preferred: experience with crossover trial methodology • Preferred: experience with data engineering and modeling using Databricks • Preferred: linear optimization, constraint generation, and problem formulation • Preferred: experience in an Agile Scrum development environment or consulting capacity • Preferred: experience with Azure, GCP, and/or AWS • Preferred: experience with Google BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Elasticsearch • Preferred: Google Professional Data Engineer or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate/Azure AI Engineer Associate certification
