• Grow Sign Post, Flexible Delineator, and Lane Separator product lines throughout the United States • Grow sales within an assigned territory through business development and account management • Build relationships with DOTs, municipalities, contractors, distributors, and consulting engineers • Identify and pursue new project opportunities • Support product approvals, specifications, and adoption with owner agencies and design firms • Manage distributor relationships and expand market coverage • Attend customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and track projects through completion • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics teams • Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and sales reporting
• 5+ years of sales, territory management, or business development experience • Experience in highway safety, transportation infrastructure, traffic control, roadway products, construction materials, or related industries • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills • Experience working with public agencies, contractors, distributors, or engineering firms preferred • Knowledge of roadway specifications, bidding processes, and DOT markets is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel regularly • Candidates should be located near a major airport
