📋 Description

• Code interactive, responsive web-based learning modules using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Articulate Storyline, and LMS tools • Assist in editing or building custom LMS pages and managing eLearning Team files hosted on AWS servers • Produce custom course graphics, visual assets, and multimedia using Adobe Creative Cloud or Camtasia • Partner with Instructional Designers to turn course scripts into interactive experiences grounded in adult learning theory, cognitive psychology, and gamification • Conduct rigorous self-QA for clean, well-commented code and accessibility, links, and responsive layouts • Maintain organized files, folder structures, and naming conventions in shared drives • Provide task estimations, communicate project status, and meet project deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in front-end web development and eLearning development • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Understanding of API connections, SSO authentication, and AWS file hosting • Demonstrated experience navigating, building, or customizing enterprise LMS environments • Portfolio showcasing custom graphics, UI/UX layouts, and video/audio editing via Adobe Creative Suite or Camtasia • Strong foundation in adult learning theory, UI/UX design, and complex interactivity design beyond basic multiple-choice formats • Outstanding attention to detail, strong time-management skills, transparent communication, and an organized approach to code and file management • Must submit a portfolio showcasing custom code, interactive learning samples, and original media assets • Must reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states for remote positions
