📋 Description

• Manage the integrations development roadmap and prioritize new integrations and capabilities based on product-team input, customer needs, business goals, and prioritization frameworks • Partner with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog, plan the roadmap, and decide integration depth, capability, and sequencing • Partner with the integration partnership lead to activate partners ahead of development and manage ongoing enhancements • Support maintenance and improvement of existing integrations • Work directly with customers to understand integration needs and document and prioritize feedback • Collaborate on marketing, field activities, training, and enablement to communicate and promote integrations • Make integrations easier to discover and configure • Measure and communicate metrics around integration breadth and depth, data availability, and customer compliance needs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years supporting integration delivery • Established track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations • Experience owning an integration catalog or category ideally • Knowledge of prioritization frameworks for focusing and sequencing integrations work across teams • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and permissions • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed • Curiosity, willingness to learn, sound judgment, and openness to using AI responsibly • Legal authorization to work in the location where the role is based • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is currently or potentially required
