📋 Description

• Own organizational unit creation, management, reporting, and permission-related workflows • Build agent-first experiences for organization management and insights, including authorization, human review, and traceability requirements • Work with largest customers and prospects, enterprise sales, and customer success to understand organizational structures and create prioritized specifications with acceptance criteria • Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality enterprise product capabilities • Partner with go-to-market teams to communicate Vanta’s enterprise story • Distill complex problems and opportunities into prioritized product goals • Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders across the company to drive high-quality execution • Deliver products addressing customer pain points and creating competitive advantage • Own the structural layer of Vanta for enterprise customers, including the Org Unit object, access and permissions model, and reporting across units • Enable multi-framework compliance scenarios, multi-unit organizational structures, and scalable AI-first compliance management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B products to enterprises • Strong technical skills and experience working on cross-platform initiatives in highly complex areas • Experience owning technical platform capabilities used by multiple teams or products • Experience working with LLMs, writing evals, and building agent-first experiences • Customer-focused mindset with ability to proactively reach out to customers, synthesize feedback, and partner with go-to-market teams • Ability to drive effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders • Clear and influential written and verbal communication with team members, stakeholders, and executives • Data-driven approach using qualitative and quantitative signals to inform roadmap and prioritization • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship • Use AI in day-to-day work to amplify skills and strengthen outcomes
