📋 Description

• Coordinate and drive execution across the Adoption & Enablement portfolio of strategic EHS initiatives • Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and milestones • Manage concurrent initiatives across standards, communications, change management, analytics, systems enablement, contractor risk management, quality assurance, and strategic programs • Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and schedule conflicts • Build executive-level portfolio presentations, dashboards, status reports, and progress updates • Coordinate execution across workstream owners and subject matter experts • Facilitate project reviews and accountability meetings • Track commitments, decisions, actions, and deliverables • Escalate barriers, delays, and risks to leadership • Administer project management software and maintain templates, portfolios, dashboards, reporting structures, automations, and workflows • Develop metrics and reporting on progress, workload, risks, and resource utilization • Improve project management processes through system optimization and automation • Coordinate between Adoption & Enablement and business-sponsored programs • Align deliverables with organizational priorities and implementation schedules • Support initiative planning, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and execution readiness • Lead or support special projects, transformation initiatives, and operational improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or a related degree in Business, Project Management, Organizational Development, Operations, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of project, program, portfolio, or business operations management experience • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders • Experience building and managing program roadmaps and enterprise-level implementation plans • Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or operational improvement initiatives • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional business teams in a matrixed organization • Advanced experience in project management software such as ClickUp required • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Experience building status reports and executive presentations • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques • Ability to manage complex, multi-track programs simultaneously • Familiarity with Procore and Power BI is a plus • Travel of up to 5% expected • Ability to meet stated physical demands, including occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and walking construction sites • Ability to use required personal protective equipment when necessary
