📋 Description

• Lead governance, strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for the global Workday platform • Manage Workday analysts, contractors, administrators, and technical resources supporting Workday domains and integrations • Partner with business sponsors on Workday product strategy, roadmap, governance model, and investment priorities • Provide platform ownership and delivery oversight across Workday HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Reporting and Analytics, Security, and Integrations • Manage a Product Team of Workday technical resources, including performance goals, career development plans, succession plans, and accountability • Manage offshore resources supporting development and operations • Work closely with the Scrum Master • Serve as the primary IT partner for Workday and manage demand intake and competing priorities • Translate business strategy into Workday capabilities and advise leaders on product trade-offs and investment decisions • Oversee Workday enhancements, integrations, upgrades, transformations, optimization initiatives, and service management practices using Agile delivery principles • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and with measurable business value • Ensure privacy, data governance, HR, Payroll, role-based security, and system stability requirements are met • Manage Workday vendor relationships, escalations, contracts, budgets, licensing, business cases, ROI analyses, and support agreements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT, HRIS, enterprise application, or HR technology experience • 3+ years leading Workday teams or medium to large Workday programs • 5+ years of leadership/management experience • Workday expertise across several domains, including Workday HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, Reporting and Analytics, and Workday Integrations • Agile product management • Portfolio management • Vendor management • Enterprise architecture awareness • API and integration strategy • Change management • Service management practices • Role-based access controls • Proven experience leading Workday implementations, upgrades, transformations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives • Experience partnering with HR and Payroll leaders • Experience managing Workday budgets and contracts • Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses • Experience working with Workday vendors, service providers, and integration partners
