📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects using Virtual Design and Construction methods and technologies • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders • Integrate VDC tools into design, planning, and construction workflows • Support management of project timelines, budgets, resources, and progress • Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors and support project setup and onboarding • Maintain accurate, accessible, and up-to-date digital models and VDC data • Prepare and maintain VDC reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and change orders • Ensure VDC processes and deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications • Support clash detection, constructability reviews, and schedule optimization • Identify, report, and support resolution of project issues or deviations • Assist or lead client meetings and presentations on VDC processes and outcomes • Stay current with VDC technologies and construction methodologies and contribute to process improvement • Assist the VDC Manager with estimates, proposals, baseline coordination schedules, scopes of work, contracts, and negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field • Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and delivery methods • 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • 1–2+ years leading BIM coordination efforts • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and documentation capabilities • Solid understanding of VDC principles and technologies, including BIM, 3D modeling, and simulation • Ability to adapt to evolving project demands and meet tight deadlines • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools • Preferred: experience in VDC or construction project management • Familiarity with construction project management platforms, such as Microsoft Project and Procore
