• Provide advanced administrative and operational support to leaders, teams, and departments • Process account termination • Upload completed Fire Inspection Reports to authorized portals • Review and log customer cancel letters • Send out Certificates of Monitoring to customers • Complete and send out Contracts and Riders as needed to support Advocacy
• 3–5 years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting leaders or managing complex administrative functions • High School Diploma or equivalent - Associates Degree preferred • Proficient in internal controls testing and documentation • Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality • Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and present information to senior management • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills • Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Great Plains - Preferred
