📋 Description

• Participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by the University Relations team • Participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other program experiences • Own a meaningful piece of work within the People & Culture team focused on simplifying compensation data, processes, or insights • Work with compensation team members, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders • Understand complex people and pay-related challenges • Analyze information and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations • Ask thoughtful questions and identify opportunities for improvement • Use data and AI-enabled tools where appropriate • Develop creative solutions that can be tested and implemented

🎯 Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or another related field • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills • Detail-oriented work ethic and data analysis skills • Willingness to learn about technology • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, Word and more • Demonstrate use of AI tooling for data analysis • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment • Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
