📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Systems Engineers supporting strategic enterprise customers. • Align Field Sales, Systems Engineers, Specialists, and customer technical stakeholders around a unified technical and go-to-market plan. • Drive technical strategy and execution across data resilience, cyber recovery, cloud, security, and AI-driven initiatives. • Partner with Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to influence strategy and execution. • Represent Veeam in executive customer, partner, and internal engagements while driving operational excellence and business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology leadership roles. • 8+ years of experience leading managers or senior technical professionals in customer-facing environments. • Proven success influencing outcomes across complex enterprise accounts and highly matrixed organizations. • Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, data platforms, security, cyber resilience, and cloud architectures. • Executive-level communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
