📋 Description

• Define and manage the FX hedging program end-to-end, including exposure identification, sizing, execution, settlement, and P&L attribution • Execute FX forwards to hedge balance sheet exposures across global entities • Build FX exposure reporting and forecasting and evaluate an intercompany netting process • Optimize yield on operating cash while managing global liquidity, cash positioning, intercompany funding, and short-term investments • Support management of the debt portfolio, including interest payments, interest rate swaps, covenant tracking, and compliance reporting • Develop FX and investment policies and operating procedures for trades, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations • Own the Other Interest and Expense forecast with FP&A and support month-end close with Accounting • Produce executive reporting on FX exposures, hedge performance, investments, liquidity, and covenant compliance • Help select and implement treasury systems, integrate with NetSuite, and identify automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Treasury experience with hands-on FX trading and short-term investment execution • Strong accounting background in FX, including FX revaluation and hedge accounting • Experience with FX flows through the P&L and balance sheet • Experience at a global multinational with multi-currency, multi-entity operations • Strong working knowledge of FX derivatives and money markets • Comfort with treasury systems and trading platforms • Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, and data analysis • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • MBA, CFA, or CPA designation is a bonus • NetSuite experience and experience building treasury policies from scratch are bonus skills • Ability to collaborate across functions and global time zones
