📋 Description

• Leads industry working groups and alliances to influence global standards, ensuring QualityDocs maintains its position as the market-defining solution • Own and evolve the quality content model and common standards, translating regulatory shifts into actionable product requirements • Be a thought leader that identifies “friction points” where harmonization is lacking; develop the value messaging and strategic plan to lead customers through these transitions • Takes ownership of key technology and AI partnerships that are critical to the QualityDocs ecosystem and integration success • Works cross functionally with product, strategy, services to contribute to the future direction and vision of QualityDocs • Partner with post implementation teams and business consulting for internal enablement on the “Greater Why” of compliance and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer facing roles (i.e. sales, consulting, solution consulting, etc.) • 5+ years of experience working directly with document management systems supporting Quality and GxP business areas • Proficiency in document management, product development lifecycle, and proposing solutions to common adoption challenges • Experience representing organizational data integrity practices and document management to external regulators and inspectors • Ability to facilitate strategic sessions collaborating with industry peers to distill and influence key objectives and innovation • Ability to hold meaningful conversations with Quality and IT personnel of various different organizational sizes • Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 20%
