📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end software implementations for enterprise or multi-site clients • Connect registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting workstreams • Assess client operational and clinical maturity and identify downstream revenue risks • Define and manage cross-workstream implementation plans • Coordinate project management, technical, and sales teams • Facilitate client leadership meetings and executive steering sessions • Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks • Escalate undefined scope or design questions to solutions architects • Mentor and train other Implementation Consultants • Own client training strategy and refine onboarding materials • Manage readiness and post-go-live transition to ongoing operations • Support pre-sales scoping for complex or multi-product opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience • 7+ years relevant work experience • 2–3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience • Up to 80% travel may be required • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Verification of employment eligibility required as a condition of hire
