📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end software implementations for enterprise or multi-site clients across registration, scheduling, documentation, coding, billing, and reporting • Assess client operational and clinical maturity to identify upstream gaps and downstream revenue risk • Define and manage cross-workstream implementation plans with project management, technical, and sales teams • Facilitate client leadership meetings and executive steering sessions • Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks, escalating undefined scope or design questions to a solutions architect • Mentor and train other Implementation Consultants • Own client training strategy and refine onboarding materials • Manage cross-workstream readiness and post-go-live transition to ongoing operations • Support pre-sales scoping for complex or multi-product opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience • 7+ years relevant work experience • 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience • Up to 80% travel may be required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Visa/work sponsorship is not offered for this position
