📋 Description

• Leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization. • Managing critical workstreams including data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management. • Partnering with business stakeholders, SMEs, IT teams, and system integrators to drive project execution and business value. • Facilitating Agile planning activities including release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance. • Driving issue resolution, decision-making, and risk mitigation across multiple cross-functional teams. • Ensuring successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities. • Providing executive-level project communication, status reporting, and stakeholder management. • Leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve delivery execution and business processes. • Supporting global standardization efforts and helping establish scalable enterprise solutions for the future.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years managing enterprise application implementations projects (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) • 5+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications. • Strong experience with integrations, data migration, and release management • SDLC expertise (Agile experience) • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
