📋 Description

• Provide service and support through customer interactions as the eyes and ears of Videojet • Dispatch from a home office each day and travel throughout the region in a company-provided vehicle • Travel 100% within a 2-hour radius from Chicago, with limited overnight travel • Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment • Install products and solutions at customer locations • Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems • Develop excellent customer relationships as a trusted advisor and partner • Promote service agreements and newer technology to extend Videojet's market footprint • Report to the Field Service Manager • Collaborate with an office-based technical support team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel • 2 years of technical experience repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing different kinds of equipment • Basic computer/technical skills, including email, software, phone apps, and Microsoft Word • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more • Initial training requires consecutive weeks in Wood Dale, including weekends
