📋 Description

• Service multi-modality CT/MR/AX/XP imaging equipment in the Los Angeles, California area • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision • Deliver timely and effective repairs • Train operators to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction • Manage territory financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management • Manage company assets, including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers • Perform necessary administrative duties accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred • 1-3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments • Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment • General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding • Proficiency in necessary network applications and tools, including eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website, and Engineer Tools • Valid driver's license in the state of residence • Ability to drive independently day and night and good driving record • Ability to work individually and in an established team setting • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform walking, climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high-reach, and fine grasping tasks • Good vision and ability to work alone • Strong competency in mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology • Experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law • Must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless prohibited by law
