📋 Description
• Act as a recognized industry expert in Power, Steam, Food, Beverage and other critical processing industries (light-to-mid) and markets. • Maintain advanced expertise in applications and associated products for these markets. • Provide deep technical and industrial applications knowledge to shape product development and strategy. • Partner with sales and project teams to define go-to-market strategies. • Solve complex treatment and monitoring challenges, delivering optimization and cost savings. • Provide market insights to influence strategic business and marketing plans. • Contribute to product development through voice-of-customer feedback. • Develop technical collateral, application notes, and support customer visits, tradeshows, and training programs. • Lead presentations at industry seminars and conferences.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or PhD preferred (Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or Engineering disciplines) • 8–10 years of technical applications experience in similar products/services • Direct experience managing, optimizing, or designing industrial water treatment systems and critical utilities • Knowledge of industrial water treatment processes and best practices • Strong customer-facing experience in commercial, sales, or project roles • Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international) • Market experience at National and Global levels.
