📋 Description

• Develop the overall business in packaging, commercial print, ink and dealer market segments • Ensure sales and financial targets are met • Achieve annual sales targets for the West Region by executing strategic sales plans to drive year-over-year growth • Identify and engage prospective customers, assess their needs and workflows, and deliver tailored X-Rite solutions • Execute solution-based selling across all market segments and the full product portfolio • Manage sales activities in Salesforce and related tools, including lead follow-up, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and account planning • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and bids • Negotiate and close deals under optimal commercial terms • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Ensure high customer satisfaction and support order fulfillment as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (preferred) • Eight+ years of related sales experience in the printing consumables, ink, printing plates, or color management related markets • Strong understanding of color management process, tools and software • Knowledge of workflow sales, value sales, ROI based selling, and creation of solution proposals • Candidates should be based in Minnesota or Wisconsin • Willingness to travel 40–60% within the assigned territory
